In our wonderful circle of local nudist and clothing-optional communities, members find they have many options of brokers who list and sell property in their neighborhoods. There is a network of brokers and sales associates who are banding together to promote listings in the nudist communities to get their listings maximum exposure. This dynamic group of sales associates has formed a club called PASCO SANCO.
These sales associates meet once a month to share information on listings, coordinate synchronized open houses, discuss co-op marketing strategies, and the trends of activity in the market place.
Joe Johnson and Anke Grunenberg of Caliente Realty, April Genter and Paul Brenot of Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc., Jackie Youngblood of Peterman/Wall, Mike Benjamin of Sun Realty, and Sue Larreau of Sue Larreau Realty have placed their listings on friendly competitors Web sites to enhance the exposure clients get on the properties for sale. These Realtors realize the importance of expanding the inventory they can share with out-of-state buyers who use search engines to find properties on the Internet.
When you Google Jackie Youngblood, April Genter, and Paul Brenot and you will surely find their Real Estate Web sites. Try www.skiptheoutfitfloridarealestate.com and you will find Jackie’s listings along with other PASCO SANCO Realtor affiliates properties she has posted. Same holds true with the www.sunbathersclubs.com Web site managed by April Genter of Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc.
Neighborhoods with an overabundance of properties for sale could benefit from listing agents that have the flexibility to network with other Realtors willing to participate in reciprocal marketing plans.
PASCO SANCO members are helping their friends and the neighbors to succeed. Working together, marketing together, and participating in community events will hopefully enhance sales thereby protecting the property values at our favorite resorts and clubs.
AANR members who are licensed Realtors are welcome to come to meetings. PASCO SANCO meets once a month. The next luncheon meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rapscallions. The October meeting will be held Oct. 16. Contact April Genter at (813) 943-1071 for more details.
